   Fenton W. Varney– Master Builder, is one of the leading and most experienced Custom Home Builders on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee and the surrounding Lakes Region of New Hampshire. As a full service firm, we offer complete architectural design, building, and remodeling solutions. We have had the trust and pleasure of designing, building, and remodeling over 150 fine custom homes since 1981.

We employ and extend Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design techniques, or LEED as they are known, in all of our projects. We integrate numerous innovative and proven energy saving features into our homes.

  Our Energy Shell ^TM system provides a continuous thermal envelope for our homes, from under the basement floor to the peak of the roof, along with our hybrid dual fuel HVAC systems, we are significantly reducing the cost of operating and maintaining our homes, as well as shrinking their carbon footprint.

  Our goal is to use a minimum of 75% fast growing Sustainable Forest Products in all of our projects.

   In a small town New Hampshire our next customer depends on the satisfaction of our last customer. For over 30 years word mouth is still our best advertising.
