Fenton W. Varney - Builders  is one of the leading and most experienced Custom Home Builders on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee and the surrounding Lakes Region of New Hampshire. As a full service firm, we offer complete design, building, and remodeling solutions. We have had the trust and pleasure of designing and building over 150 custom homes for our customers since 1981. 

My goal is to translate your ideas, dreams and concepts into the design, and ultimately the  construction of your new home. I utilize state of the art 3-D design and rendering software that will allow you to visualize and explore your new home by virtual tour on computer. 

We employ and extend LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) concepts in all of our projects. We intergrate numerous innovative and  proven energy saving features into our homes. In addition, we source and utilize sustainable building products whenever possible and practical.

Limiting the number of our construction projects, allows me to deliver a level of personal service, consistent quality, attention to detail, and innovation that is unmatched today. In order to stream line the process, and maximize the value for our customers, I personally coordinate and oversee all aspects of our construction projects.

In a small town New Hampshire our next customer depends on the satisfaction of our last customer. For over 30 years word mouth is still our best advertising.
