Home is where the heart is.
I spent summers on Lake Winnipesaukee since my childhood, and have made it my home since returning from the Air Force in 1981. I started designing, building, and remodeling while attending UNH for Civil Engineering in the early 1980’s.
My wife Ivena grew up in the Lakes Region, and attended Boston University as an art major. With an artist’s eye and a woman’s perspective she brings many valuable design details and insights to our projects.

From these beginnings, we have grown to be one of the premier custom home design-build firms in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Our goals have always been to create top quality, environmentally friendly homes, while providing first rate customer service and value for our homeowners.
Ivena and I, together with our team of dedicated employees, have had the pleasure of creating the New Hampshire lifestyle for well over 150 families during the last 30 plus years.
